When using the front-end machine, we should pay attention to certain methods to adjust the operation of the front-end machine. The incorrect operation will make the operation of the machine inconvenient, damage the mechanical parts and components, and serious accidents will occur. Therefore, we should read carefully before operation.
Claw adjustment (position, angle, radian, pressure)
1. Move the claw disc to the middle position and adjust the claw position with the middle last.
2. The balance distance of the claws can be up to 5mm after three or four claws are arranged.
3. The center line of the middle claw arc aligns with the center line of the inner support platform. The distance between the middle claw and the support platform should be 7-10 mm. The clearance is large and easy to sweep the midsole.
4. Adjust the position of the left 234 claws with the left foot last and the right 234 claws with the right foot last. Each claw is arranged according to the figure of the last.
5. Do not touch each claw, but the smaller the clearance, the better. The height of each claw is about 2 mm from the broom.
6. Claw pressure is based on the principle of holding the upper tightly and not slipping. Over-assembly will cause damage to the upper and rupture in the process of rising.
